Virtual Test Session Requirements
To be accepted for judging, all videos must be recorded within 14 days of the test date following all USFS video requirements.
Submit the USFS required forms:
1. Name and likeness release
2. Affidavit for virtual testing
3. Permission to test form-for non-home club members
Be sure to include the USFS placard or the following information at the start of the video: Skater name, test name, host club: Genesee FSC, test session date.
Videos and documents should be uploaded through Google Drive and mailed to skategfsc@gmail.com
