Instructions for Submitting Virtual Tests

1) Register for desired test(s) through EntryEeze.

2) Record video following USFS guidelines, then upload video to YouTube DIRECTLY from the device it was recorded on, as an unlisted video.

3) Fill out the two required forms: Performance Affidavit, and Name & Likeness Release and Consent Agreement.

4) Email the link to the video on YouTube AND the two completed forms to alannac@snokingsnoqualmie.com by the virtual submission deadline.
