IMPORTANT NOTE - upload all forms and vidoes directly to EntryEeze.  If you are a member of a different club, please have a board member or your test chair email permission for you to test to amy.nishioka@gmail.com

VIDEO NOTE -  Skater or videographer must state the home club of the testing skater at the beginning of their video, along with the skater's name and the test being taken.
 

NOTE - Tests can be submitted at any time prior to the submission date deadline.  You can typically expect to receive the results of your test within the 1-2  weeks following the submission deadline.
