Membership renewal will be available beginning June 1, 2024 for the
2024-2025 membership year

Please note that renewing members must complete their membership renewal by midnight June 30, 2024 in order to avoid late fees.

USFS increased their membership rates for the 24-25 membership year so you will notice a small increase in Arctic FSC membership  rates also.

In past years, Arctic FSC had included the volunteer and fundraising fees upfront-at the beginning of the year. If the requiremnts were fulfilled, AFSC issued a credit to be applied to the next year's renewal. As of the 24-25 season, Arctic FSC is no longer charging the volunteer fee upfront. We are in the process of setting up a new method for tracking volunteer hours ( more info to follow)  Any family with unfulfilled volunteer hours at the end of the 24-25 membership year will be sent an invoice. You will not be allowed to renew membership, test, participate in activities until the invoice is paid. The primary reason for the change is that AFSC plans to bid on an IJS competition. If we win the bid we will need many volunteers.
