Please make sure your test is recorded within the 30 day window from the test date. Refunds, credits and transfers are not permitted for any reason. 

You must include both forms below, 

labeled according to instruction guidelines, 

with your test video link in ONE email.

Virtual Test Permission forms obtained from your home club should be uploaded in your entryeeze test account.

Keep in mind that judges have several days after the test date to return results to us. Please be patient. As it most often happens, if we receive results earlier than that we will immediately send them to coaches.
