SC of Phoenix IJS Protocol Submissions

Processing fee is collected thru Entryeeze, SCP members will receive their test patch once processed, members of other clubs should check with their test chair for test patches, or purchase directly from USFSA / merchandise. The 3 IJS test credit forms (Protocol, Results, Test Credit) should be uploaded as part of your registration. These forms are available from the competition, check with the registration desk for information. Finally, you will also need a completed coach approval form (available on www.skatingclubofphoenix.com/testing). This coach approval form should emailed to testing@skatingclubofphoenix.com.
