Virtual Test Session-Sept 23,2026-Video Deadline and Test Date

Uploads of affidavit & video are made through this system. Coach on affidavit should match coach on this registration.
Videos must be made within 14 days of the deadline.

Cancellations or requests for date changes must be made before the deadline, else fees will be retained & the test will require a new registration & payment for a future date.

The skater must have a current USFS membership & the coach has to be compliant with USFS or the test cannot be processed. To access the affidavit form-see the PSC website
Skater must display a placard with their name, the test taken, host club -PSC, & the test session deadline date in this title. Also they must verbally introduce themselves or be introduced and the video must show month, date & time on a phone or tablet at beginning. Video resolution must be high and meet USFS requirements.

Non-members of PSC must upload a signed image release form (available on PSC website under Testing) & permission from their home club.
