IMPORTANT NOTE - upload all forms and vidoes directly to EntryEeze or email links and documents to the test chair.  If you are a member of a different club, please have a board member or your test chair email permission for you to test to amy.nishioka@gmail.com

VIDEO NOTE -  Skater or videographer must state the home club of the testing skater at the beginning of their video, along with the skater's name and the test being taken. As of November 21, 2024, skaters must begin each virtual test session holding a completed Virtual Test Placard.
 

NOTE - Tests can be submitted at any time prior to the submission date deadline.  You can typically expect to receive the results of your test within 10 days following the submission deadline, though typically results are delivered sooner.
