PMFSC EntryEeze Membership Instructions

1. Visit the PMFSC Membership EntryEeze website
   http://comp.entryeeze.com/Membership/Welcome.aspx?cid=327
    
2. Under Existing Members click “Access my account”
    
3. Login to your account
    
4. For each member of your family click “Renew”.
    
5. If you need to change the membership type, select a new one in the “Membership Type” dropdown menu and then click “Renew”.
    
6. Update your personal information as needed and then click “Save”
    
7. In the next page you will see some additional waivers and things to sign. For each waiver area type your name in order to sign the waiver.
    
8. Note: Entering your name here is the same thing as providing your signature on a paper waiver.
9. In the ISI number box, enter your membership ISI number. Please note: If you have a multi year ISI membership and do not need to renew this year, please let us know!
    
10. Continue signing each waiver on the page.
     
11. Select areas where you are willing to volunteer and then click “Save”
     
12. If you need to renew for another family member click “Process another family member”. Once you are finished with your entire family, click “Go to shopping cart & complete checkout”.
     
13. In your shopping cart, ensure that all information is correct. If it is not, click delete next to the incorrect item and begin again with that member. Once your family is correct, click “Continue checkout…”
     
14. On the next waiver page, click “I understand and agree with the statement above” and then click “Continue checkout…”
     
15. Review your items in the cart and then click “Continue checkout…”
     
16. Enter your payment information and then click “Submit Payment”

You have now completed your membership renewals! Thank you!
