TEST SUBMISSION REQUIRED FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS

Video & Submission Instructions - 

Please upload your video to YouTube as an Unlisted video (Unlisted is the viewing setting, it means the video is not publicly searchable and viewers must have a direct link), and then send the link to testing@vvfsc.org, along with the 2 required forms below AND the skater's test permission from their home club.

In a nutshell, please email completed documents and link to Unlisted YouTube videos to testing@vvfsc.org when the test is ready to be submitted.

VIRTUAL TEST PLACARD (required to be shown at beginning of test video, MUST have Vaca Valley FSC or VVFSC listed as the Host club) -

IMPORTANT NOTE - If not uploaded directly to EntryEeze, please have the membership chairperson OR a member of the Board of Directors for your home club send Kaitlyn Landes, VVFSC Test Chair, a letter of permissiom/good standing for the testing skater. This can be emailed to testing@vvfsc.org.

If you have any questions after reading the above documents, please ask your coach or email the Vaca Valley FSC test chair, Kaitlyn Landes, at testing@vvfsc.org.

NOTE - Tests can be submitted at any time prior to their submission date.  You can typically expect to receive the results of your test within the one-two weeks following your particular submission deadline.
