REQUIRED RINK WAIVER
ATTENTION ALL PARENTS & SKATERS: All skaters are required to sign and submit the Oakland Ice Center Waiver form before competing. Please download this WAIVER FORM, print it and sign it (parent must sign for skaters under 18 years). Bring the signed waiver form to the competition and turn it in at registration. Thank you.

MUSIC REMINDERS: 
All music will be uploaded using MP3 format

Exception: Solo Pattern Dance & Pro-Am Dance (standard USFS music will be used)

Skaters are required to have CDs (no CD/RW or DVD-R) as back up during competiton.

CDs (no CD/RW or DVD-R) are required for Official Practice on Friday, Sept. 7th.

PRACTICE ICE NOTE
The pre-purchase of practice ice sessions during event registration is for official practice sessions offered on Friday, Sept. 7 only. These sessions will be assigned based on total number of pre-purchased sessions, skater's level, and event type.

Additional practice ice, including practice sessions on morning of competition (Saturday & Sunday), will be offered only if time permits and only available for purchase after the schedule is posted. If you are only interested in practice ice on Saturday or Sunday, please do not pre-purchase practice sessions.
