Register using the "Teams" option to login instead of "Skater & Parents".

 One skater will create the team login, name their team and complete the registration following the instrucitons as you go.

Waiver Completion Instructions

1. Go to  www.usfsaonline.org

2.  Enter your U.S. Figure Skating or your Learn to Skate USA member number and password 

3.  If you need assistance with your member number and password, contact Member Services at memberservices@usfigureskating.org 

3. Click the “Person Icon” next to your name followed by “2025-26 Competition Season Profile” 

4.  Click “Sign Waivers” Athletes under the age of 18 – parent/guardian must sign on their behalf
