NOTICE
Skaters who have not uploaded their music or PPC form(s) will not be allowed to register at the competition until those items are received and late fees paid.
Planned Program Content Form
Due June 3rd by Midnight.
PPC forms must be filled out using the online registration system (EntryEeze). If PPC forms are not received by the due date a $100 late fee will be assessed for each SP or FS form not submitted.
Paper submissions will NOT be accepted!
Music Upload
Due June 3rd by Midnight.
Online music submission is the ONLY acceptable method to submit program music. If music is not recevied by the due date a $50 late fee will be assessed for each SP or FS music not submitted.
