We'll take you through each step and explain what to do. There are a few
items you should have ready before you begin:

A soft copy of your USFS and/or ISI sanction. In step #3, we'll
ask you to attach it. NOTE: If your sanction is not yet
approved, you can attach your sanction application and/or your announcement,
and we can get things started for you ahead of time.

Your credit card or checkbook. In step #4, you'll be able to pay
by credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/Amex).
