Finishing up

After your competition completes, there is very little housekeeping required. While you may have a few late refunds to issue, there is no need to archive information from EntryEeze -- we will help you with that before next year's competition (see below).

Treasurer's report

EntryEeze provides financial reports in the "All Reports" page. You can also see financial summaries in the "Revenue Summary" page (under the Manage menu).

These reports should be used in combination with the Stripe Reconciliation reports (also accessed from "Revenue Summary").

If you need assistance interpreting information, please contact us.

Your deposit refund

When you initially registered for EntryEeze competition hosting, you paid a $125.00 deposit.  Shortly after your competition completes, we will refund the remaining balance, less any fees charged for:

  • Paper-based entries -- EntryEeze cannot automatically deduct the per-skater fee from these entries, so we deduct from your deposit for them.
  • Initial setup -- You may have elected to pay a small fee to EntryEeze to perform initial setup/refresh activities for your competition configuration.
  • Schedule entry -- If you asked us to enter your competition schedule, you may have specified to deduct the fee from your deposit.

The refund of your remaining balance will be issued to the credit card originally used.

To see the current status of your deposit balance, access the Manage menu from Admin Home, click "Revenue Summary", and look for the "Deposit balance" panel.

How long is competition data available?

After your competition is finished, EntryEeze does not delete your information right away.

In fact, in most cases we keep your data until you re-start your competition next year. You'll be able to login & review all competition information at any time.

When we "reset" your competition next year, we will perform a data archive -- storing important information into spreadsheets and making them available in your Reports menu. If you have been with EntryEeze several years, you've probably noticed multiple years' worth of archived spreadsheets.

Of course, after we perform the archive, we DO delete all data from the previous year's competition.
